In "Good Morning Call," Nao Yoshikawa's parents relocate to tend to her grandfather's countryside farm, leaving her to reside alone in the city. On move-in day, she finds that her apartment has also been leased to Hisashi Uehara, a handsome and cool classmate from school. Matters get more complicated when their real estate agency unexpectedly closes down, and the landlord demands a higher rent than they anticipated. With no money and no other choice, Nao and Hisashi decide to live together as roommates. The narrative also features the one-shot titled "Volume 1: Kare to Kanojo ni Hanataba wo" (His and Her Fortune Bouquet).
