In a world where werewolves exist, the military has been ordered to find as many of these 'monsters' as possible. Rood's best friend, Neil, a doctor and researcher, is sent into the nearby forest to scout things out. When Neil does not return, Rood goes into the forest to look for him. While searching for his friend, he comes across a werewolf named Gio, who is caring for the small, sick Theo. What future lies for these two?
