Kinnaru Yatsura

The five members—Double 6 (Rokumura 6-hei, with the 6 read as "Roku"), Marippe (Mariko Yamada), Razor (Kiyoshi Daimonji), Squirrel (Kantaro Hayashi), and Gorilla (Miya Sagawa)—are high school students caught up in some kind of incident. They get word that their friend Squirrel has been taken into police custody, as Squirrel's commuter pass turned up at the scene of a robbery pulled off by three masked men. Can they manage to rescue their friend? From there, the story shifts to the budding romance between childhood friends 6hei and Marippe.......? A masterpiece of lively, refreshing adolescent suspense comedy.
