This manga is an adaptation of the 1992 direct-to-video adventure. Kazamatsuri Shin is an ordinary, everyday motorcycle racer. His father, Daimon, is a scientist working to eliminate all infectious diseases by using genetic alteration to make the human body stronger. As a dutiful son, Shin volunteers to take part in his father's experiments. Unfortunately, his father's research partner, Onizuka Giichi, has other intentions for the research. As events spiral out of control, Shin must keep himself and his family safe from the clutches of Onizuka, the CIA, and a mysterious organization known as 'The Foundation...' as the powerful Shin Kamen Rider!
