Haruma Kawagoe has spent his entire childhood without any siblings. Years ago, around Christmastime, his mother suffered a miscarriage, robbing him of the brother or sister he was meant to have. That same night, a young Haruma made a sincere wish: "Please make my mother healthy again, and please give me a little sister." As the years went by, Haruma slowly forgot that childhood request. But Santa did not forget. On an ordinary Christmas, when Haruma was least expecting it, he received an unbelievable present—the little sister he had once wished for.
