Long ago, there existed a world where magic and science coexisted in harmony. However, humanity's arrogance in wielding both powers led to their separation by divine will: the scientific realm of Elde and the magical realm of Fandavale. In Fandavale, the evil witch Cendrillon is resurrected, seeking to conquer both worlds and searching for a powerful "key." Souta, a boy from Elde, encounters Akazukin, a girl from Fandavale, alongside Val, her talking wolf companion. Souta learns that he himself is the key Cendrillon seeks. Now, Akazukin, Val, and the other Fairy Musketeers must protect Souta from Cendrillon and her Nightmarelians, who desire the power he unknowingly holds within.
