Sixty years ago, ten parallel realities coexisted alongside our own, sparking the hidden Concept War that the general public never learned about, allowing everyday life to carry on as though nothing happened. After his grandfather's death, high school student Sayama Mikoto is suddenly contacted by the massive conglomerate IAI. He learns that the present world faces imminent ruin due to the growing power of the Minus Concepts. To prevent this catastrophe, negotiations must be opened with the remaining inhabitants of the parallel worlds so they will surrender their ten concepts. Thus, Sayama becomes caught up in the final struggle to resolve the lingering hostilities from the Concept War.
