In a world where special individuals dubbed "geniuses" exist, each granted a unique power called a Gift and fated to protect the planet, three exclusive academies—Satsuki Gakuen, Saint July Academy, and Minazuki Gakuen—focus on their training. A hidden artifact known as Noah, which can amplify the user's abilities, has recently been unearthed. Due to the vast power Noah bestows, the decision is made to merge the three schools into Hazuki Gakuen and hold an election to select the leader of the global council. Kyuushirou, seeking to reshape the world according to his own ideals, forms a pact with the demon Mephisto. Empowered by this partnership, he influences the election candidates through persuasion and intimidation. Yet his true ambition is something more intimate: love.
