Im Jin War : Japanese Invasion of Korea

Japan imported rifles from pirates and reproduced them to attack the Ming empire. Initially, Japan turned the Joseon empire into a logistics base and started the war 'Imjinwaeran' with the aim of using Joseon as a springboard. After Japan captured Joseon's capitals, Hanyang and Pyeongyang, the Ming empire entered the war. Japan constructed a fortress on the southern side of Joseon and stalled for time in order to negotiate with Ming. Meanwhile, fierce conflict also unfolded in the trade sector. When the negotiations collapsed, Japan plunged Joseon into a hell of plunder and slaughter.
