Byousoku 5 Centimeter
Takaki Toono and Akari Shinohara were childhood friends who shared a deep affection for each other and were once inseparable, but life's hurdles gradually pull them apart. They promised to stay in touch, yet time and distance put their bond to the test. Their lasting love risks slowly disappearing. Byousoku 5 Centimeter examines the challenges of keeping a relationship going across a distance. Although their shared experiences have faded into distant memories, Toono and Shinohara hold on to the hope of being together again, unintentionally causing hurt to those around them.
