Dorei-ku: Boku to 23-nin no Dorei

Slavery, a detestable institution granting a master absolute power over a slave, once vanished from modern Japan. But the advent of the Slave Control Method (SCM) has revived this vile system. SCM enables its user to turn others into slaves, allowing for personal revenge or the pursuit of depraved desires. However, there is a catch: SCM holders must participate in a contest where the winner gains total ownership of the loser. Eiya Arakawa, a relaxed part-time worker, and Yuuga Oota, an easygoing person, each possess an SCM. After a clash, Oota convinces Arakawa to act as his "insurance"—a backup to reclaim control should Oota ever lose to another SCM owner. No rules govern this competition; any deceptive tactic is acceptable for SCM users. No one is safe, whether a mundane office employee or a flashy host-club worker; anyone could end up enslaved.
