Tombo makes bamboo toys in a shop just outside Yoshiwara Gate, the red-light district of Edo. But actually, the toy shop's main business is money-lending, and it is up to Tombo to go around Yoshiwara to collect the debts that haven't been paid! There are all sorts of troublesome cases, but the seemingly unreliable Tombo will solve them all!!
