Seishun no After

Makoto Toba despises most of his classmates, with the exception of Sakura Touwa—a quiet high school girl who lives with her grandmother and has a passion for video games. One day, Sakura vanishes without a trace right before his eyes. For the next 16 years, Makoto returns to the location where she disappeared every year on the anniversary of that day. Eventually, Sakura reappears, still 16 years old, as though no time passed for her. Meanwhile, Makoto has grown to 32 and is now in a relationship. He must now take care of the teenage Sakura, who was once his childhood crush. What kind of complications might arise from this situation?
