Sawada Gentaro is 65 years old and living a retired life. He yearns for the family he has become estranged from and regrets not having taken his studies seriously when he was young. "I want to go back to when I was young," he thinks. At that moment, Hisako, the beautiful pharmacist in town, succeeds in creating a rejuvenation medicine called "Again." Gentaro mistakenly takes the "Again" together with cold medicine and overnight becomes a 15-16 year old boy, regaining his strength and youthful energy. Overjoyed, Gentaro enrolls in the local high school, Sunset Hill High School.
