Kamen no Romanesque
A rendition of Laclos' "Dangerous Liaisons" by Shibata Yukihiro (Takarazuka Dance Co.) follows the handsome young nobleman Viscount Valmont and Lady Meltuieu as they amuse themselves with a dangerous love game. They both don masks, feigning affection, but only succeed in wounding one another. This forbidden romance unfolds in 19th-century Parisian high society.
