Yoshitake Honda, nicknamed Cub, is a first-year student at the Yamakasa Institute of Technology in Fukuoka. He is part of the school's Motorcycle Club and lives in a garage belonging to Ayaka-san's grandfather. During his part-time work, he comes across beautiful women: Mieli, a cabaret girl from Nakasu, and Meeko, an internet idol. Now, after being challenged by a mysterious street racer on the Fukuoka Urban Expressway, the Cub must go into battle—but the true identity of the racer in black remains......
