After her parents died, Shizuku Haiya was taken in by her aunt, who abused her, and she could find no hope in life. Her special ability to "see a certain future" only drives those around her into despair as well. Just when she decided to end her own life, a mysterious man named Hakuto appeared. Pressed by Hakuto, who insisted that he "needs Shizuku's ability," she was needed by someone for the first time since losing her parents, and so she began using her power to aid his plot—who is this mysterious man? One day, Hakuto said, "If you send 100 souls to heaven (kill them), you can bring your parents back to life."
