Psychic Academy: Oura Banshou

In ancient times, Zerodaimu Kyupura Pa Azalraku Vairu Rua Darogu, known simply as Zero, used his immense psychic abilities to defeat a powerful demon lord and save the world, earning him the grand title "The Man Who Stopped the Evil Lord." Now, Zero works as a teacher at Psychic Academy, a prestigious school for young people with remarkable psychokinetic powers who come to refine their abilities. Among the students is Ai Shiomi, Zero's younger brother, a shy teenager who feels that his own modest skills are not enough for such a distinguished institution, despite the expectations of his family and the shadow of his brother's legacy. However, those close to Ai believe that he, like his famous brother, is meant for great things, placing a heavy burden on a young boy just entering his teenage years.

Background

Psychic Academy Oura Bansho was published in English as Psychic Academy by Tokyopop from March 2, 2004 to March 1, 2006. Tokyopop re-published limited editions of volumes 1 and 2 containing a DVD volume of the anime in 2005.
