Ibuki Shin came from a prestigious middle school known for its sports, where she was one of the top pitchers on her softball team. Meanwhile, Kinomoto Yutsuki, who attended a regular school, was regarded as an exceptionally gifted hitter. Both stars now attend the same high school, but Shin has chosen to quit softball because of her hidden feelings for Yuki. Yuki, unaware of Shin's emotions, refuses to join the softball club without her. Each recognizes the other's talent for the sport and hopes they will continue playing. In an effort to persuade Shin to come back, Yuki challenges her to a match, with the loser having to fulfill the winner's wish. Includes chapter 0.
