In "Cat's Eye," the three Kisugi sisters—Hitomi, Rui, and Ai—manage a café during the day while moonlighting as skilled art thieves. Operating under the moniker "Cat's Eye," they always leave a calling card after each heist. Their thefts focus on paintings that originally belonged to their father, Heinz, a famous art collector who vanished during the Nazi period. The sisters hope these crimes will lure their father out of hiding. Complicating matters, Hitomi's fiancé Toshio, a persistent police detective, is relentlessly pursuing the Cat's Eye Gang, determined to catch them.
