Choko-tan!

Choko-tan! follows Chokotan, a dog who can talk to people. Nao, who owns Chokotan, has a crush on a boy named Arima, whose pet is a dog called Hatsupi. For Hatsupi's birthday, Nao makes special snacks for both the humans and the dogs. While out on a walk, Nao and Chokotan run into Arima and Hatsupi, but Nao gets nervous and bolts without giving Arima the treats she baked. Chokotan urges Nao to go back and hand the treats to Arima. Even though Nao struggles to have simple conversations with him, will she find the nerve to talk to Arima? Also, there's a hidden secret about Chokotan. This warm story looks at the bond between a talking dog and her owner's awkward love life.
