According to history, 72% of deaths in London are caused by dragons—fantastical creatures that remain invisible to most people. Though the general public is unaware, some individuals have been opposing these dragons. Only those living in Reverse London, the concealed opposite side of the city, are able to perceive dragons. Furthermore, only a chosen few become sufficiently qualified as witches or wizards to interact with them directly. The story follows the witch duo Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole, who serve as protection agents for Wing Bind (WB), an organization dedicated to dragon conservation and management. Their mission is to safeguard and administer the dragons within London on behalf of its citizens. Note: The chapter count includes the one-shot, labeled as "Chapter 0.8".
