In the present age, people with the strength to manifest their wishes have arisen; these individuals are known as "Order Users." Among those who command "Order," Hoshimiya Eiji is especially renowned for his ability to dominate and control others, making them into mere puppets within his domain. It was he who set off the devastating event ten years prior.
