During the Taiheimeji period under the Tokugawa shogunate, the Manyuu Clan serves as a military group supporting the government. In this society, having large breasts is essential for social standing and beauty, while those without are often looked down upon. The Manyuu Clan is tasked with cultivating these desirable traits and guards a secret scroll detailing techniques to increase bust size and attractiveness. Chifusa, the clan's designated heir, chooses to steal the scroll and flee, seeking to overthrow the oppressive system imposed by the Manyuu Clan.
