After a six-year absence, Suzu quits her job and heads back to her hometown. On the way, she tumbles into a pit and is rescued by Sou, who dug the hole. Though her initial impression of him is negative, Suzu slowly becomes drawn to Sou as he gently and stealthily wins her heart without her noticing. Also featured in this collection are two one-shots: The Third Confession and Happy Birthday, side stories from Heart no Ousama.
