Following the death of his estranged father, Kashiwagi Kouichi moves in with his cousin's family. The household is made up of four sisters—Chizuru, Azusa, Kaede, and Hatsune—ranging in age from adults to a young child. Their parents died some time ago, and Kouichi's father had been their guardian until his recent passing. Although Kouichi adjusts smoothly to his new life, Kaede remains distant toward him. He soon begins having vivid nightmares where he transforms into a violent beast. Despite trying to ignore these dreams, they become increasingly disturbing, often featuring a chilling voice. Kouichi's greatest fear is that these nightmares might be more than just dreams.
