A world filled with werewolves, demons, monsters, and vampires is one in which the beautiful Princess Hime inspires terror among them. Wielding a chainsaw and flashing an infectious smile, she cuts an imposing figure, even with a tiara atop her head. Gifted with the magical ability to revive the dead, Hime sets out on a determined journey, aided by her undead attendant and a tiny, adorable robot. Together, they make sure no dark creature can oppose her.

Background
Kaibutsu Oujo was partially published in English as Princess Resurrection by Del Rey, who published the first seven volumes between May 1, 2007 and November 24, 2009, before becoming defunct. Kodansha Comics USA picked up the license and digitally published the series from July 26, 2016 to November 21, 2017.
