On his way home from prep school, Tomoda Ryouichi is suddenly asked to purge space pests from the universe. Joining forces with the three female androids—Mitsuru as the attack unit, Sherazado as the defense unit, and Asheru as the mobile unit—Ryouichi becomes the invincible hero "Esugaiya" and defeats the pests in order to preserve the peace of the universe.
