Natsuki, the overlooked son of a famous artist, returns to his family home hoping to find valuables to sell. He encounters Asou, a courteous, fragile-looking art student living there with his mother's permission, who mistakes him for a thief. Asou's true nature differs greatly from Natsuki's initial impression, especially after a visit to a notorious gay bar reveals his darker side. When Natsuki confronts Asou about his behavior, he learns the truth about Asou's disturbing character. In another story, reserved Igarashi lives in an apartment with his friend and coworker Ichikawa. Although Ichikawa frequently brings new women over and pries into Igarashi's life, their friendship is strong and real. Noticing Igarashi's reliance on convenience store meals, Ichikawa starts cooking for him, deepening their bond. Unaware that Igarashi is gay, their dynamic becomes complicated when Igarashi brings home an ex-boyfriend. After the ex leaves, Ichikawa returns early unexpectedly, revealing Igarashi's sexual orientation.
