Seikoku no Dragonar

At Ansarivan Dragonar Academy, students must learn to ride dragons as part of their education. First-year Ash Blake is infamous among his classmates as the "number one troublemaker." Even though he carries a large star-shaped birthmark that marks him as a future dragon master, he has never been able to summon his dragon—leading others to mock him. But everything changes when Ash's dragon finally appears, taking the form of a breathtaking young woman who looks nothing like any other dragon. To make matters worse, she immediately asserts herself as the one in charge, declaring that she is the master and Ash is her servant. This twist marks the start of Ash's true struggles with dragon riding.
