In "Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan," the narrative follows Sakura Kusakabe, a junior high school student aged thirteen. Two decades in the future, Sakura intends to create a "Pedophile's World," where women stop aging at twelve—a plan that displeases God and inadvertently results in immortality. Dokuro Mitsukai, an assassin angel from the Rurutie order, is sent from that future to eliminate Sakura. Rather than killing him, Dokuro believes he can be reformed and keeps him busy to prevent him from developing the immortality technology. Because of her hasty nature and immense strength, she frequently accidentally kills Sakura with her large spiked mace, Excaliborg, only to resurrect him shortly after using her angelic abilities. Another Rurutie assassin, Sabato, who relies on her feminine charm, is dispatched to carry out Dokuro's original mission: to assassinate Sakura.
