Within the Elementary division of CLAMP University, the student council is led by Akira, Nokoru, and Suoh. After they help a woman in trouble, Nokoru resolves to reorganize their group into a detective club dedicated to protecting every woman.

Clamp Gakuen Tanteidan was first published in English as Clamp School Detectives by Tokyopop from April 1, 2003 to August 1, 2003. VIZ Media took over the license, and published the title digitally from September 22, 2015 to November 24, 2015.
