An enigmatic sphere encloses Tokyo, cutting off all communication with the outside world. The residents, now existing in a place called "Tokyo Jupiter," remain unaware of their isolation. To resolve this crisis, the United Nations forms a specialized unit known as TERRA, tasked with freeing Tokyo from the alien MU, the entity responsible for the city's imprisonment.
