As violent crimes and casualties increased, despite police efforts to maintain order in cities, a new solution was devised. By merging human and animal DNA, a race of beings with enhanced physical abilities called "Newmans" was created to fight crime. This innovative technology was later improved, leading to the creation of artificial life forms known as "Newmanoids."
