In response to attacks by an alien race known as the Savage, humanity relies on a single device called Hundred for protection. Hayato Kisaragi, a young survivor of a Savage attack, has the highest compatibility with this technology. He is therefore recruited to train at Little Garden, a well-known military academy situated on a battleship. As he prepares for the upcoming conflicts, Hayato captures the interest of many female classmates and becomes entangled in numerous incidents while battling the aliens that threaten Earth.
