In "Kiss x Sis," Keita shares a home with his two stepsisters, who are openly obsessed with him and never hesitate to express their feelings. They even compete with each other for his attention. His friends find the situation amusing, simply watching as Keita endures their relentless advances. But one day, when the sisters appear at his school to bring him his lunch, Keita finally snaps and confronts them. In retaliation, they loudly profess their love for him in front of everyone before heading off. Filled with regret, Keita pursues them and vows to put in the effort to gain admission to the same high school as them.
