Koichi is an ordinary student who discovers that he is the reincarnation of an alien guardian, one whose purpose is to protect Earth. Now going by the name Babel, he joins forces with three powerful alien allies to fight against the sinister forces commanded by a malevolent cult leader. Babel's mission to defend humanity takes him from the sands of South Asia to the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and ultimately leads to a final clash with "the master" inside a hidden base in the Swiss Alps. The fate of the world depends on Babel mastering his latent psychic abilities and stopping those who threaten humankind.
