In a world where martial arts from various cultures—including Chinese Kung Fu, Japanese Karate, and South Korean Taekwondo—are practiced by skilled warriors capable of immense feats like splitting mountains, Victory Ramenman stands out as the most formidable fighter. As a boy, he witnessed the murder of his father, Somenman, at the hands of the Cobra Gang, which continues to wreak havoc across the land. Raised by the knowledgeable elder Chen Sou-Mei, Ramenman dedicates 12 years to mastering the Choujin Martial Arts' Essential Battle Dragon (闘龍極意書, To Ryuu Gokui Sho) style. With his youthful companion Shao-Mai by his side, he embarks on a journey to avenge his father and confront numerous foes along the way.
