Seiko Murasaki is a highly skilled orthopedic doctor at the medical university. She appears to be a stern, ruthless physician who faces her patients head-on and fights the disease seriously, but inside she is fragile and graced with a laugh. Then one day, a young Prima is admitted to the hospital. She has the very same illness—osteosarcoma—that killed Seiko's younger sister.
