In Yomeiro Choice, Saku lives a normal life with his cousin Kuran, frequently putting up with playful teasing from his childhood friend Karin. His world is turned upside down when Kiiro suddenly appears, announcing herself as their future daughter and insisting that Saku and Karin must marry so she won't cease to exist. Adding to the confusion, Hiiro shows up, claiming to be the daughter of Kuran and Saku from a different timeline. Hiiro's purpose is to bring Saku and Kuran together. Saku now finds himself in a bewildering situation, forced to pick between the two women and decide which potential daughter to keep from disappearing entirely.
