In "Fragtime," Misuzu Moritani, a shy second-year high school student, uses her power to stop time for roughly three minutes each day to avoid dealing with people. One day, when everything around her is frozen, she notices the beautiful Haruka Murakami sitting alone. Out of curiosity, Misuzu looks under Haruka's skirt—but to her shock, Haruka moves and asks what she's doing. Misuzu is stunned that Haruka can act while time is stopped. Instead of getting mad, Haruka asks for Misuzu's assistance and suggests an unusual arrangement. As Misuzu, who struggles with social anxiety, gets closer to the seemingly playful Haruka, the real reasons behind Haruka's requests slowly come to light.
