Anime Sanjuushi

アニメ三銃士

In the series Anime Sanjuushi, D'Artagnan departs from his home region of Gascogne with the intention of enlisting in either the King's Musketeers or the Cardinal's Guards in Paris. Shortly after arriving, he becomes involved in disputes with Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, challenging each to a duel. However, the Cardinal's Guards intervene to stop these confrontations, as they are strictly enforcing the King's ban on dueling. Nevertheless, D'Artagnan and his newfound friends form a deep camaraderie, bound by the motto "all for one, and one for all."
