Ahiru no Oujisama

In "Duck Prince," Reiichi has a strong crush on Yumiko, the most beautiful girl in his school. His plain appearance, however, stands as a major barrier. After rescuing a magical dog from death, Reiichi receives a single wish, which he uses to become a handsome young man. With his new look, he gains the confidence to openly confess his feelings to Yumiko. Unfortunately, whenever he tries to touch her in a romantic way, he instantly transforms back into his original unattractive self.
