Utawarerumono

うたわれるもの

In Utawarerumono, the protagonist suffers severe injuries and loses consciousness in a forest, where he is discovered and cared for by a young woman named Eruruu. Having lost all memories of his past, he wears a mask that cannot be removed. When he reaches the village, the local elder provides him with new clothes and gives him a new name: Hakuoro. He is accepted as a member of the community and becomes part of Eruruu’s household, which includes her younger sister Aruruu and their grandmother, Tuskuruu.
