Hiroyuki Tsunekawa lives a double existence: during the day, he is an ordinary student at the dreary all-boys Keikou Middle School, located in an industrial district. But after school, he becomes Zera, the mysterious and beauty-obsessed leader of the secretive Hikari Club. For over a year, the club has focused on building a highly advanced android named Litchi, which runs on lychee fruit, aiming to kidnap attractive girls. After Litchi successfully captures a girl, the Hikari Club starts to break apart. Zera's obsession with punishing anyone who defies him grows more intense, causing the club's membership to shrink. With the remaining members rising up in rebellion and Litchi displaying increasingly human traits, can the Hikari Club ever return to its former unity?
