Kazunari becomes part of the organizing committee to bring his favorite idol to the school festival. It is there that he encounters Wataru, the younger brother of the girl who was his first love and the one who turned him into an idol otaku. Wataru, once a victim of bullying but now a popular guy living a great life, is initially perceived by Kazunari as his worst enemy. Yet for some reason, Wataru develops a fondness for him and gradually steps into Kazunari's space. His ambitions remain unfulfilled, and surrounded by the shallow popular crowd he detests, Kazunari often skips committee meetings—but then he discovers Wataru's surprising earnestness!? A newly drawn love story of the two then unfolds.
