Set in 200 A.D., during the decline of the Han Dynasty, China falls into turmoil as the common people rebel against the ruling powers. Amid this chaos, Cao Cao Mengde emerges—a notorious yet ambitious leader determined to unify the fractured land by discarding outdated traditions. He gathers a group of gifted and intelligent allies, chosen for their unique skills and abilities. Although often depicted as a villain, Cao Cao is portrayed here as the main character, exploring his true nature. The story also focuses on Liu Bei Xuande, a man known for his high moral principles and immense potential, and Sun Quan Zhongmou, the third successor of the Sun family. Liu Bei receives guidance from Zhuge Kongming, a strategic genius whose mysterious influence helps him rise to become a respected ruler. At the same time, the reign of an inexperienced and naive emperor worsens the political instability. This retelling of the "Sanguozhi" recounts the epic struggle among these rulers across the vast landscape of China.
