During a school field trip, a bus transporting four male high school students collides with a shrine dedicated to a penis deity, triggering a bizarre event where their penises get exchanged between them. What starts off seeming like a standard yaoi narrative soon transforms into a ridiculous comedy featuring sentient penises, costumes inspired by phallic themes, and an endless stream of wordplay.
