In "A Strange Kind of Woman," Fukaya is partnered with Fujino, a stunningly attractive and quiet woman, yet he feels uneasy because of the sex toy she always brings along. He worries that she might value her vibrator more than she values him. Their relationship started unexpectedly when Fukaya witnessed Fujino using the device on a crowded train. Despite their passionate encounters, he can't figure out her true feelings for him and feels increasingly pushed aside by her reliance on that toy. When they head to a swimming pool, Fukaya thinks the wet surroundings will make her toy useless, hoping for some private time, but his expectations turn out to be wrong.
