Satoshi Kiji has a strange obsession with unusual insects. One day, he encounters a girl whose arms are wings and whose lower body resembles that of an insect, sparking his intense excitement. He takes her home and gives her the name Ogeha. Kiji treats Ogeha just like any bug he might find, prodding and striking her, firmly believing she is nothing more than a bizarre creature. Ogeha, who knows no other life beyond her time with Kiji, accepts this reality and wonders whether her sole purpose is to endure the ceaseless suffering he inflicts. The story centers on Kiji and his giant humanoid insect companion, Ogeha, examining their unsettling relationship and the possible otherworldly origins of Ogeha.
